Terms of Service

Effective: March 2026

By creating an account or using MyBloom, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Not Medical Advice

MyBloom is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice.

The cycle predictions, fertility estimates, pregnancy calculations, and all content in MyBloom are for informational and personal wellness purposes only. They are based on general averages and the data you enter and are not clinically validated. Do not use MyBloom as a contraceptive method or as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical decisions, particularly regarding contraception, fertility treatment, pregnancy, or any health concern.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use MyBloom. By creating an account, you confirm you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you should have permission from a parent or guardian.

3. Your Account

  • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
  • You must provide accurate information when creating your account
  • You may not share your account with others
  • You may delete your account at any time from Profile settings

4. Free Tier (Seedling)

The free tier of MyBloom is available at no cost and includes basic cycle tracking, calendar, garden, and insights features. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features of the free tier with reasonable notice.

5. Paid Subscription (Blossom)

The Blossom subscription unlocks premium features including advanced fertility tracking, BBT charting, pregnancy mode, and advanced insights.

  • Monthly plan: $7.99/month, billed monthly, cancel anytime
  • Annual plan: $59.99/year (~$5.00/month), billed once per year
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card is charged at the start of each billing period
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • You can cancel or manage your subscription via Profile → Manage Subscription
  • On cancellation, you retain access to Blossom features until the end of the paid period

6. Refunds

Monthly subscriptions: No refunds for partial months. Cancel anytime; your subscription ends at the end of the current billing period.

Annual subscriptions: EU/EEA customers have the right to cancel and receive a full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase (EU Consumer Rights Directive cooling-off period), provided you have not substantially used the premium features. After 14 days, annual plans are non-refundable.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use MyBloom for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the app by automated means
  • Impersonate another person or provide false information
  • Use the app in any way that could damage, overload, or impair our services

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and trademarks in MyBloom are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the app without written permission.

Your personal data remains yours. We claim no ownership over the health data you enter.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

MyBloom is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that predictions will be accurate. Cycle and fertility predictions are estimates and may not reflect your individual biology.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of MyBloom, including any health decisions made based on the app's predictions.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the app is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it from Profile settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email for material changes. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
